Ruth Sigrid Grafstrom
(1905 - 1986)
Most closely associated with Vogue, for whom she contributed for at least a decade (including several covers). Ad work for Saks, Matson Line, Coty, Pepsodent. Also story art for McCall's, The Delineator, Cosmopolitan, Woman's Home Companion.
She seems to have vanished after WW2.
Special thanks to Edward Nelson, a cousin of Grafstrom's, for providing the above date.
